Welcome to SkillupAustralia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
All quotes provided by SkillupAustralia are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by you and may be subject to change upon a physical site inspection. Acceptance of a quote, either verbally or in writing, and payment of the deposit constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms.
Payment for services and products must be made as outlined in your quote. Typically, this involves a deposit to secure the order and the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation or service. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. Title to any goods supplied does not pass to the client until full payment has been received.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the property and the area where work is to be performed. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for any unforeseen issues or pre-existing faults with your property's plumbing or electrical systems. If such issues are discovered, we will halt work, inform you, and provide a revised quote for any additional required work.
Our services and products are covered by two types of warranty:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed installation, you must provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. If materials have been specially ordered for your job, you may be liable for restocking fees charged by our suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, SkillupAustralia's liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or connected with our services is limited to the total value of the fees paid by you for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
